Update Videos for JavaFX/MT4 Advanced Trading Tools

We've been busy tuning and improving the existing range of JavaFX powered products over the last few days.

We've made optimization changes to the MQL4 code and also the JavaFX code which includes:-

• Improved Global parameter change functions
• Profiles are maintained when MT4 is closed and restarted
• Demos will now last for 5 days after installation
• Faster processing time on MACD Turbo, Stochastics Crossover Alert and Trend Change Indicator
• Removed minor bugs in MQL4 indicators
• Removed DLL calls in for and while loops for faster processing
• Updated the JavaFX interface for Predictive Pivots and also Daily Pivots
• Added error handling for situations where the JavaFX interface cannot communicate with the database server
